Terms readiness · v8.6

Tecbench Logistics platform terms framework.

This pre-launch framework records the commercial topics that must be finalised before Tecbench Logistics accepts paid public SaaS subscriptions.

Platform purpose

Tecbench Logistics provides software for delivery booking, quoting, operations, dispatch, driver workflows, customer tracking, vehicle/business records, support and related integrations. A subscribing courier business remains responsible for its own delivery services, drivers, vehicles, customer commitments, pricing decisions and regulatory obligations.

Accounts and workspace access

Users must keep account credentials secure and only access workspaces and data they are authorised to use. Workspace Owners/Admins control team invitations and roles. Tecbench may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, other users or data.

Subscriptions and billing

Plan names, included limits, pricing, trial terms, renewal and cancellation rules must be published before live billing is enabled. Stripe billing remains separately configured and should be tested in test mode before production activation.

Customer and delivery data

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to enter customer, driver, address, delivery, evidence and business information into the platform and for configuring access given to their team members.

Acceptable use

The platform must not be used to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious material, misuse another business's information, bypass plan/security controls or conduct unlawful delivery/business activity.

Availability and integrations

Cloud hosting, database, mapping, payment, accounting, email or other third-party integrations may have their own availability and terms. Tecbench will document production dependencies and support expectations before public launch.

Data export and closure

Workspace Owners/Admins can use the v8.6 export tools to obtain tenant-tagged JSON data. Account/workspace closure is review-required so information can be assessed for deletion, retention or de-identification rather than being destroyed automatically.

Final legal review required

Liability limits, warranties, indemnities, governing law, payment/refund terms, service levels, intellectual property, termination effects and any courier-specific disclaimers must be finalised before these terms are used for paid public subscriptions.
Pre-launch status: these are not yet the final paid-service terms. Do not enable live public subscription charging until the final terms, privacy notice and billing/cancellation wording have been reviewed and published.
